Guillaume holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and Management from the Catholic University of Louvain-la-Neuve. He also took part in the Graduate Exchange Program in Public Affairs at the prestigious Sciences Po Paris. Passionate about entrepreneurship, he followed the " Entrepreneurial spirit" program at the Louvain School of Management. During his studies, he was particularly trained in the field of public procurement and administrative law. He wrote his thesis on the use of new and innovative public procurement procedures within the Belgian government. Today, Guillaume is an Advisor at KPMG Advisory in Belgium within the Technology - Digital strategy practice. He works with a team experienced in global business, strategy, and digital transformation to improve customer focus, manage change, increase agility, and achieve sustainable growth.
